Through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. We do not collect sensitive data. With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, load times, device type). This data contains no personally identifiable information.
3. Purpose of Processing
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your request. Analytics data (only with consent) is used to improve website performance and usability.
4. Legal Basis
Contact form data is processed based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided at the time of submission. Analytics data is only processed after explicit consent via the cookie banner.
5. Data Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for the time needed to manage the communication, and no longer than 2 years. Aggregated analytics data is retained by Vercel per their policies.
6. Third-Party Sharing
Contact form data may be shared with Resend (email delivery service, resend.com) for notification transmission. Analytics data, with your consent, is processed by Vercel Inc. (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). No data is sold to third parties.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact dev.leonardobruno@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
